As we come to the end of 2025 – at Crosspoint Care Agency Ltd, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on our journey, share key updates, and most importantly, say thank you.
Reflections and Achievements
This year has been one of learning, growth, and resilience. We are proud to share that following our inspection by the Care Inspectorate in May 2025, we achieved an overall rating of Very Good. We remain committed to building on this strong foundation and continuously improving our services to enhance the lives of those we support.

Festive Period Support
Support will continue throughout the festive period. We understand the importance of family time and will support service users to maintain contact with loved ones. If family members plan to take their loved one home for Christmas and home care support will not be required, please contact the office in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made, including medication provision.
